Company History

GLABOO was founded in 2015 in the UK by Amit Sadhwani with the goal of building the kind of partner that was missing in the corporate world: one that would combine long-term commitment with outstanding quality, and care just as much about the outcomes as the clients themselves. While larger firms offered scale, smaller boutiques provided the dedication and focus that led to the best results. Being a big fish in a small pond, it turned out, often delivers the greatest impact.

Starting with just two employees and one client willing to take a chance, GLABOO grew steadily. By 2017, the team had expanded to four, and the company relocated to Spain to avoid the uncertainty of Brexit and establish itself in a thriving European hub.

By 2019, GLABOO had grown to ten employees, working from a humble office but delivering world-class results. When COVID-19 hit in 2020, GLABOO was ready: remote work was already part of how the company operated, and service to clients never skipped a beat. By then, the team had expanded to 15, and in 2022, as restrictions eased, the team came together to inaugurate a new office space: a place for collaboration, creativity, and connection.

In 2024, GLABOO was officially recognized as a Great Place to Work®, a reflection of the culture nurtured from the beginning: a workplace built on trust, respect, and shared purpose. And now, in 2025, the company proudly celebrates ten years of success alongside the many clients who trust it year after year.
