5. Protection from Retaliation
GLABOO strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith. We are committed to complying with all applicable whistleblower protection laws, including the UK Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA) and Spanish Law 2/2023. Employees, clients, and vendors who report suspected misconduct will be protected, and any form of retaliation will itself be treated as a serious violation of company policy.
6. Follow-Up and Resolution
All reported concerns will be investigated fairly, objectively, and promptly. Appropriate corrective actions will be taken where misconduct is found. While confidentiality will be maintained, we may need to share limited information with relevant parties to carry out a proper investigation.
